Cancellation Policy

1. All lessons must be canceled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice to qualify for potential make-up lessons. 2. Due to the constraints of the teacher's schedule, makeup lessons are guaranteed ONLY if the lesson is cancelled by the teacher in excess of two cancellations by the teacher. 3. If a student must cancel a lesson for any reason, the teacher will offer an open time slot during the same week if one is available (for lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance). 4. A lesson swap list will be provided for families interested in participating. All families who participate will be responsible for setting up their own lesson swaps and then notifying the teacher of any swaps. 5. If an on-line lesson is preferred for a particular week, a minimum of 24-hour notice must be given. No more than 2 on-line lessons are offered per student per semester.
