HOW OFTEN ARE LESSONS?
Lessons occur on a weekly basis in 15, 30, or 60-minute increments. The weekly lesson length is determined by age and skill. This will be discussed in your FREE introductory lesson!
WHERE ARE LESSONS LOCATED?
Lessons are located in the Travis Ranch neighborhood in Forney, TX. This is the perfect location for students located in Forney, Mesquite, Rockwall, Heath, Garland, Terrell, and other surrounding cities.
WHAT AGE IS GOOD TO BEGIN PIANO LESSONS?
It is most often recommended that students begin between the ages of 6 and 9. However, at Alicia's Piano Studio, students may begin as young as 3 years old. It is great building such a strong foundation at such a young age, and it builds various lifelong skills.
DO YOU TEACH ADULTS?
Yes! It is never too late to learn the piano. Whether you are new to the piano, or took lessons when you were younger, you will learn something new each week at your lesson.
IS MUSIC THEORY TAUGHT?
Music theory is such an important aspect of piano lessons, and it is taught at each lesson. Students will have a theory workbook and will go home each week with a theory assignment.
HOW MUCH DO LESSONS COST?
Lessons are typically $140 a month. There are some other price options that can be viewed on the Pricing Page. Don't forget to ask about the homeschool discount!
